Q: Do PremiumShears.com products come with a lifetime warranty?
A: All of our shears come with a lifetime warranty against manufacture defects.

Q: Is there a refund/exchange policy?
A: We will provide a full warranty and exchange for shears with any manufactured warranty that have normal wear and tear. You only have to pay for shipping!

Q: What type of Steel is used to make PremiumShears.com Shears?
A: Our Hair Cutting Shears and Hair Thinning Shears are made from high quality forged Japanese steel and our Premium Stylist Hair Shears are made from a unique and highly durable blend of Japanese metals called VG-10

Q: Do you offer a payment plan?
A: No, we do not offer payment plans.

A: YES...free shipping on all orders.

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: We typically ship out the products the same day and it usually arrives at your door within 2-5 business days.

Q: Does a user manual come with my shears?
A: Yes, we provide a full Japanese user manual and have a downloadable and english version of the manual available on our www.premiumshears.com website.

Q: Are all your products unused/brand new?
A: Yes, All products are brand new.

Q: How do I choose what shears to buy?
A: Selecting the right shear is critical for any stylist. If you need help, feel free to contact us for recommendations.

Q: Why did my credit card get declined? What should I do now?
A: If your credit card has been declined, it is possible that you typed in the wrong information and/or your balance is too low to pay for the merchandise.

Q: How do I know if you got my order?
A: You will receive an email confirmation from us with your order details.

Q: I made a mistake on my order, what should I do?
A: Please let us know ASAP so that we can do our best to correct the order before it ships.

Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: Yes, contact us for more details and custom pricing.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Immediately, our credit card processing takes place the minute you order online.

Q: Do you ship outside the USA and Canada?
A: We will ship outside of the USA and Canada, contact us for shipping details and pricing.

Q: Do you sell spare parts?
A: At this time we do not sell spare parts but we do have preferred repair vendors in some states.

Q: Is your product available through any distributors or resellers?
A: No, We are the only provider of the EZY shear brand in the United States

Q: Do you offer free shipping to buyers outside the US?
A: Yes, Free shipping includes the US and Canada.

Q: How will my order be shipped if I decide to take advantage of your free shipping promo?
A: Your order will be shipped via UPS ground (2-5 day service) or a similar service.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive if I decide to take advantage of your free shipping promo?

A: We typically ship out the products the same day and it usually arrives at your door within 2-5 business days.

Q: I haven't received my order, what's going on?
A: Contact us with your order number, first and last name and we will be happy to investigate the status of your order.

Q: When will my special or backorder arrive?
A: In the rare event of a backorder, we will continually communicate with you regarding the expected delivery date of your order.

Q: I received the wrong order, what should I do?

MAINTENANCE/SHARPENING

Q: I have received my order and I would like to get the most out of my shears, how should I maintain them?
A: Please see our recommended maintenance information in the packaging.

Q: How often should I have my shears sharpened?
A: Shears should only be sharpened by a professional and typically, under normal use, will only need sharpened every 2 years!


DISTRIBUTION

Q: I would like to distribute or resell PremiumShears.com products; how do I sign up as wholesaler or distributor?
A: Please contact us to talk about wholesaler or distributor options.

Highly recommend the premium thinning shears. They are so sharp and durable. I have had them for a year and a half and haven't had to sharpen them yet!
